Systemic Constellations
Developed by Bert Hellinger, a German Psychotherapist, systemic constellations are a way of working with issues within human systems.
Originally focused on family systems to disclose the hidden, deeper forces that unconsciously influence our thoughts behaviors and emotional experiences through generations.
Family and systemic constellations offer interconnecting dynamics where hidden behavioral and emotional patterns are exposed to the participants and representatives, offering an opportunity to see clearly through the veil of conducts and possibly heal the wounds that tie us to suffering.
Bert Hellinger offers us guidelines through which we can observe behavioral flaws within our system and a chance to adjust each to its own righteous place, allowing for a certain order needed in every system to flourish:
All members of a family have the same right to belong:
If somebody is a part of our ancestry, that somebody must be recognized and honored
Hierarchy must be honored; everyone must take their rightful place in the family:
The elders pass the life to the youngest, and the youngest must take the life from the elder, honor it, and make it their own to pass forward.
Balance between giving and receiving:
As one takes, one must give; as one gives, one must receive.
During the experience of a systemic or family constellation, the facilitator will provide the structure through which any ill pattern will be exposed through objects or volunteer representatives, allowing the participants to see, and possibly heal, the dysfunctional patterns hurting them or their system.
Challenging relationships of any kind
Effects of traumatic events
Work-related difficulties
Dealing with harsh fates or illness
Unexplained physical, emotional or psychological discomfort
Missing sense of purpose or connection
Challenges in organizational structures
Many more.
Some issues explored in Systemic Constellations:

Nature Constellations
Nature constellations explore the relationship between human and natural systems on earth.
Through nature constellations we can explore interconnection between the health of human systems and the larger natural world.
Elements like indigenous people, shamanism, ecology, global environmental issues, use of resources and many more can be explored through nature constellations.
Organizational Constellations
Organizational constellations can reveal hidden dynamics in companies and other kinds of organizations and communities.
Organizational facilitators can dig into the deeper layers of the dynamics of:
leadership issues
conflict resolution between companies and businesses
harmony between colleagues and coworkers
Dynamics between founders and successors
Organizational restructuring and innovation.
Understanding social, ethnical, cultural or racial impacts of dynamics generated by organizations or governments.
